Materials We Offer

PVC – Polyvinyl Chloride

PVC is a highly versatile thermoplastic known for its durability, chemical resistance, and flame-retardant properties. It can be formulated as either rigid or flexible, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

PE – Polyethylene (HDPE & LDPE)

Polyethylene is one of the most widely used thermoplastics. It offers excellent chemical resistance and moisture resistance. It is available in different densities to match performance needs.

PP – Polypropylene

Polypropylene is lightweight, durable, and resistant to chemicals and fatigue. It performs well in applications requiring repeated flexing or exposure to heat.

PS – Polystyrene

Polystyrene is a rigid, lightweight thermoplastic that offers good dimensional stability and insulation properties. It can be solid or foamed depending on the application.

PC – Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is a high-performance thermoplastic known for its exceptional impact resistance and optical clarity. It combines strength with transparency.

ABS – Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

ABS is a strong, rigid thermoplastic with excellent impact resistance and surface finish. It is widely used in applications that require durability and aesthetic appeal.

EVA – Ethylene Vinyl Acetate

EVA is a flexible, resilient thermoplastic with excellent shock absorption and low-temperature performance. It offers softness and durability in demanding environments.

TPE – Thermoplastic Elastomer

TPE combines the flexibility of rubber with the processing advantages of thermoplastics. It offers softness, elasticity, and recyclability.

PMMA (Acrylic) – Polymethyl Methacrylate

Commonly known as acrylic, PMMA provides excellent optical clarity and weather resistance. It is often used as a lightweight alternative to glass.

PA (Nylon) – Polyamide

Nylon is a strong, wear-resistant thermoplastic known for its durability and low friction properties. It performs well in mechanical and load-bearing applications.

Custom Formulations

We offer custom formulations to allow thermoplastics to be engineered for specific performance requirements. Additives and modifications can enhance safety, durability, and environmental resistance.

Recommending A Thermoplastic Material That Is The Best Fit For Your Application

custom thermoplastic materials
